ANTHONY BAKER

Anthony Baker builds teams that perform when it matters most. A retired Navy SEAL Captain, consultant, and Director of Leadership Development at Hayden Beverage Company, he brings 26 years of mission-critical leadership experience to help organizations make high performance the standard — not the exception. His answer to that challenge always starts in the same place: the Power of Teamwork. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval War College, Anthony led specialized teams in complex, high-risk environments worldwide during his SEAL career. As Commanding Officer of BUD/S, he shaped the next generation of SEALs — with more than 500 graduates earning their Trident under his command — and introduced trainer development practices still in use today. At Special Operations Command Europe, he was responsible for more than 2,500 personnel operating in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Today, through his “Force Multiplier” framework and A Power Baker Consulting, Anthony equips leaders to build the trust, accountability, and values-driven culture that turn capable teams into consistently exceptional ones. Anthony lives in Boise, Idaho, with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs. An endurance athlete, he spends his time trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking in the Idaho foothills.
