Through my Management Team Leader Programs, leadership workshops, and coaching, I equip leaders with tools to build high-trust teams and drive organizational growth. Drawing on 26 years of military leadership expertise, including extensive training and combat operations across the globe, I also serve as a leadership consultant and keynote speaker.
