JOE HADACHEK

Joe Hadachek has been a veteran football coach, entrepreneur, and spiritual leader for over 30 years. He has been married to his wife, Gloria, for 34 years and they have three grown children, Trev, Tate and Tori. Joe and Gloria reside in Dysart, Iowa, the small town they grew up in.

His personal mission is to help young men become better fathers and husbands while using the football field as his classroom. Joe enjoys pouring time into people who lack confidence, grow up in a negative environment, and deserve someone to breathe life back into them.

Coach Hadachek has coached at 1AA Drake University (10 years) and D3 Buena Vista University (4 years). He resigned after turning the Buena Vista program around to spend more time with his family and pursue a nutrition business. Due to the flexibility in direct sales the Hadachek’s were able to move back home where Joe was able to start a youth football program and eventually become the head high school coach. Hadachek started a Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle and annual Fields of Faith event at Union High School where over 800 students would attend.

Joe’s resume of success is highlighted by being a finalist for the Most Valuable High School Football Coach in the U.S., winning a Iowa High School Championship, and a direct sales Hall of Fame producer. Joe and his wife Gloria are currently two of the top performers in nutritional sales and team building at IDLife. Hadachek continues to pour into young coaches and promote the game of football.
