Mike is passionate about Organizational Health and has dedicated his career to helping organizations improve their health and, therefore, their performance.
The purpose of his business is to make organizations stronger and more productive by helping leaders master the disciplines of organizational health.
Healthy organizations are marked by low levels of confusion, politics, and turnover and high degrees of morale and productivity among their employees. Leveraging the tools and writings of Patrick Lencioni, including “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Advantage”, he works with senior leaders and their teams to improve team cohesion and increase clarity in their organizations. His enterprise customers include Intel, Applied Materials, Mutual of Omaha, Rio Tinto, Micron, Carnival Cruise Lines, Thrivent, and Microsoft. His clients also include passionate, forward-thinking non-profits and government agencies, including World Vision, St. Luke’s Hospital System, The Mayo Clinic, Idaho Supreme Court, the City of Boise, Blue Cross of Idaho, and Eastwind Community Church.
