A celebrated Boise State athlete and coach who played in the NFL with the Chicago Bears and the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes. He was named to the All-Blue team at Boise State University and was a two-time All-Western Athletic Conference selection. After his professional career, he returned to Boise State as Player Development Coordinator, Running Backs Coach, and Co-Special Teams Coordinator. He is the son of former Major League Baseball player Max Venable and brother of Will Venable, associate manager for the Texas Rangers. Winston now works in client relations at Progressive Wealth Management, serving college and professional athletes. He enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, golfing, and exploring Idaho’s outdoors.
